FOBOO started with a question I couldn't stop asking: why does genuinely well-made furniture cost so much in Australia?
Growing up between Melbourne and Foshan — one of the world's great furniture-making cities — I had a front-row seat to both sides of that equation. I watched extraordinary craftsmanship leave workshops destined for European and American showrooms, marked up by layer after layer of distribution.
FOBOO exists to bring that same level of construction directly to Australian homes, without the brand tax. Every FOBOO piece is made to order. When you place your order, skilled artisans begin crafting your furniture from raw materials — your chosen fabric, your selected configuration, built specifically for you.
This means no compromise on specification and no waste from overproduction. It takes 8–12 weeks from order to delivery, because exceptional furniture is crafted, not assembled.
The result is a piece that arrives fresh, built with individual attention, and crafted to the exact specification you chose.

The completed piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection, is carefully packaged, and shipped to Australia. We manage all logistics so you don't have to.
