1. General

By accessing and using the FOBOO website (foboo.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FOBOO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, however slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of materials.

FOBOO reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

FOBOO reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery

All FOBOO furniture is made to order. Estimated delivery is 8–12 weeks from the date of order, which includes artisan production, quality inspection, sea freight, and local delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

FOBOO is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including manufacturing lead times, shipping disruptions, customs delays, or natural events.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all FOBOO furniture is made to order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are accepted only for items damaged during delivery. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for full details on our delivery protection policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of FOBOO and is protected by Australian copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOBOO's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. FOBOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
