Warranty Policy
Every FOBOO piece is made to order and built to last. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a 5-year structural warranty and comprehensive delivery damage protection.
Delivery Damage
All FOBOO furniture is carefully inspected and professionally packaged before leaving our workshop. However, as our products are shipped internationally, delivery damage can occasionally occur.
If your product arrives with damage, we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. No return logistics needed — we handle everything.
What qualifies as delivery damage:
- Structural damage to frames, legs, or joints
- Visible scratches, dents, or tears
- Broken or missing components
- Fabric or upholstery damage from transit
How to report delivery damage:
Inspect on Delivery
Check your furniture immediately upon delivery. Note any visible damage to the packaging or product.
Document the Damage
Take clear photos of the damage, including the packaging, delivery labels, and the affected areas of the product.
Contact Us Within 3 Days
Email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage.
Resolution
Our team will assess the damage and arrange a replacement or full refund within 3 business days.
5-Year Structural Warranty
Every FOBOO frame is built from kiln-dried hardwood and engineered steel. We stand behind the structural integrity of every piece.
What's Covered
- Structural frame defects (breakage, warping, joint failure)
- Spring and suspension system defects
- Foam and cushion core defects (excessive loss of resilience)
- Manufacturing defects in hardware and mechanisms
- Structural leg and base defects
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Fabric pilling, fading, or colour variation
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function
- Damage caused by improper cleaning or chemical exposure
Warranty Resolution
If a structural defect is confirmed within the 5-year warranty period, FOBOO will, at our discretion:
Repair
Arrange professional repair of the affected component at no cost to you.
Replace
Provide a replacement piece of equal or comparable quality, delivered free of charge.
Refund
Issue a full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
Made-to-Order Policy
Every FOBOO piece is crafted specifically for your order. As such, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. We encourage you to carefully review all product dimensions, materials, and specifications before placing your order.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this returns or warranty policy limits, excludes, or modifies the consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any equivalent state or territory legislation.
